- Pre-Authorization Insurance companies often require pre-authorization for medical procedures and exams. We are diligent in assisting patients and referring physician offices in obtaining these authorizations.
- Deductibles/Copays All applicable deductibles and co-pays for services performed are collected at the time of treatment. For patients with unusually high deductibles or co-pays, we may require prepayment. If needed, we are glad to assist with a payment plan.
